He has been involved in a potential corruption case. It was regarding a bribery case in his department in 2021.
During this time, he was the MD of RSLDC. The case was investigated by the Anti-Corruption Bureau. The investigation took place against Rahul Kumar Garg who was the manager of Rajasthan Skill and Livelihood Development (RSLDC) and as well as the department coordinator. The name of the coordinator was Ashok Sangwan. These two individuals were arrested for allegedly accepting a bribe of 5 lakh Indian Rupees. Being the managing director Pradeep was also asked a part of the investigation, however, he never responded.

District collector: As the district collector Pradeep made significant contributions during his tenure. He made changes at the policy level. His approach primarily focused on infrastructure, education, and health care.
